Good stuff, Chuck. I missed congratulating you on that 5-rep PR. Pulling 405 for 5 is kind of like a non-competition-related goal of mine.

thank you brother. i use 5/3/1 numbers for my deadlift. everything that day was for 5 reps. my next goal is 425 for 3. i appreciate the good word.
