Looks like we both had success!!!
hey, thanks brother. my workouts have been very good lately. just wish i was stronger on overhead pressing. i am working on it.

This is not always set in stone
but i try to stay close to it.

Looks good. I do Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Mon dynamic upper body

Weds dynamic lower body

Friday and Saturday end up as coach calls but one is max upper body and one is max lower body.
