Shoulder is the prob with ohp. Last yr i hit 200 then surgery. I can only press btn now, in front is terrible pain for shoulder. Few more lifts have been cut due to shoulder pain. Front squat vid for you next time

Excellent job on the 15 x 2 squats man... Haven't seen video for a while. Don't forget you can always send me some clips and make some quick improvement that way.

Dialed back session today. Spent the 4th on a boat waging war on a 18pk, i won until today.

Dips were a huge surprise! Shoulder finally getting some strength back

Hope it was a good 18 pk...

Haha, it was bug light. I found 3 in my fridge yesterday so i only made it thru 15 but there was also jameson and the gpen. Ill get em all down next try :)
