Its what I set out to do. Lower back was already fatigued before I went in. Probably be doing a deload week for deads. I'm still feeling that 552.5 reverse band. It killed my low back and its still dead. I was having trouble holding the 350x3 upright.
Speed Benchin':
Doubled black bands, good form, as fast as possible
Moving from 65-70 lbs bar weight
11x3
135x1 doubled w/ slingshot
135x1 doubled deep pause raw
Fp:
Slingshot
225x3
290.5x3 felt heavier than they should have
60's incline dumb bells:
1x40 used three different grips side ways, neutral and straight
Banded pushups against black band:
Great pectivation here fellars
1x14.5
All in all did what I came to do, felt good. Will be changing some serious stuff upcoming.
I really wish I hadn't, honestly I wasn't ready for it anyways. I was having serious trouble keeping the weight upright. I think pulling a 552.5 reverse band dead the week before just rekt me.

Yeah I tried doing that for a block of training and I just wound up getting hurt. I believe the Lillebridges though trained that way... squat and dead on the same day.
