315x4 deep pause on 4 went to put it back decided fuck no tried for 5 failed like a bitch... Should've just tried for 5 in the first place.

225x17 lots of pauses towards the end. What a fucking nightmare.

James strickland style press against the pins:

Pins on top of chest... Non advantageous position...

Whatever weight was on there felt heavy enoughx40 reps... Serious bottom quad pumpage. Lockout needs work anyways.

Side note:
My upper back is absolutely trashed from benching yesterday, will be taking 2-3 days off from the big lifts then moving on into speed work from there.

probably did close to 400 or 500 reps

Couldn't do any manly tricep excersises because everything was ****ing with my shoulder... This is starting to piss me off
tricep pressdowns supersetted with bicep curls strict form on both
150x15, 150 x who cares
165x15, 165 again who cares about biceps
180x15, 180x?
195x10, 195x some reps

I got a good pump from the bi's tri's and endless bench reps, Today it's saturday and I feel like somebody is jamming pencils in my shoulder. I decided to try and work on my form and paid for it handily. Don't expect much out of my bench for a LOOOONG time, this is driving me ****ing nuts. I can't stand it when things like this happen to me it makes me feel like a bitch because there is NOTHING I can do about it.

Look forward to some heavy ass deadlifts and squats.

work has got me all screwed up for the past couple of days, my shoulder was feeling great until I had to hang a sheetrock ceiling. I'm going to have to back off of the bench entirely and just deadlift squat and work some arms, as much as it pisses me off it's what I got to do.

Not sure, it feels better than it use too... Occasionaly it hurts. That particular day I fucked it up doing some reps in the low 300 range a few weeks prior I believe that was back in 2013.

They were Garage Fit purple bands. Cant think of the stretched weight. But I just mark my depth then weigh the bar out to find out pounds removed at the bottom of the lift. Long bands. Always try to have full lockout weight at the top when I set them up.

Floor press failure (in slingshot):
408 x FUCKING FAIL

Just not ready for 405 bench yet. Probably should've attempted this on the flat bench. Would've got more out of the slingshot. Doesn't help nearly as much on the floor.

Flat bench:
295x7 wanted 8 fuck me... No spotter and 7 felt a little heavy.
360x3 with slingshot on.
225x20 raw. Paused last rep... More to give my triceps a chance to recover. Have a video of this, but the lens on my phones cover broke so the quality is super shit. I May upload it.

Superset:
Dumbbell lockouts on the floor full stretch 35x8 pushups 25 pause failed at 27

Pec flys w/black bands not in superset:
Some can't remember

Super set:
Dumbbell lockouts 35x15
Pushups 2 maybe
Banded flys 2 literally

Had some ama improvements but over all it sucked. I drank a 12'er yesterday didn't get much sleep at all and didn't eat shit yesterday. I'm just not going to be able to let loose, I want that 405 so bad...
