    403x1 cut this one about parallel I think a hair high I have a video.

    275 all conflagerated I went close stance and deeper it was about 7 or 8 reps had to stop to lower the spotter bars.

    Like an egotistical prick I just had to try 275x12 and failed again... I'm going to get back to real program after todays blunder

    275x10 failed 11 right at the top.... I need more tricep work I was less than two inches from lockout.

    Bench speed:

    155x5

    Superfast pushed as hard as I could

    Slingshot shithole bench:
    245x1
    295x1

    Lockouts:

    Slingshithole fail bench:
    340.5 x 5 couldn't lock #6 out tried really hard but failed like a piece of shit
    315x7 definitely didn't have 8 today... Really dying on bench lately not happy with shit progress

    Floor press:
    Raw: 295x7 fucking died on #8
    Slingshot floor press fails:
    275x10 failed badly at #11

    Reverse band to with slingshot:
    315x6
    Drop set 225 no reverse bands cant remember if i wore slingshot or not close grip:
    X5 failed on 6

    Fatiguing really bad... I think im going backwards. I think I'm just going to give up n bench this is fucking depressing.

    I'm going to verbally bitch slap that horrible attitude out of you! So you've stalled, so what, it happens to all of us my friend. We don't quit though, we change our training methods and get smarter/stronger. Take a midol ;)
