The 2:30 thing has never needed to happen before and hope to never do again.
Someone was on vacation and I was cover their shifts.

Nice training, it looks like you managed RPE pretty nicely, especially at the pause-at-the-knee deadlift sets.

Over it was the best feeling day I've had in a long time.
