There is really only one spot in the meaty portion of the pec I need to avoid due to a vein, but I can see it plain as day. Pecs are my favorite, but the only thing I would say with pecs is keep it at 1 ml due to it being a flat muscle.Today was the first day I tried a pec. Actually went well. Seems to be a lot more "room" in pecs versus delts. Not hitting a nerve or having any bit of pain on a full push is a good first sign. Using 1/2" needles.
I'm everything but lean so that's not an issue. I just couldn't imagine 4-5 pokes every day and trying to remember what spot was hit in the last few days. I'll be really happy when this cycle is over.Anything over .25 ml when you are lean can be a problem, but you can hit many different spots with the same pin as long as you are not using junk ass pins. They should stay sharp for 10+ pokes.
