Bench attempt

Bar x 15
95 x 5
135 x 1
185 x 1 (vid)
225 x 1
245 x 1 (vid)
265 x 1

Shoulder played nice again! Bench days will be short to avoid aggravating shoulder.

Nice benching ~ 245 looked really solid with that pause in there. Are you getting much drive through your legs?

Keep it up, keen to see how you progress MF.

Hey mini nice to see you here! I definitely could use more leg drive. This is only the 2nd time I've benched any weight in 6 months so I'm a little rusty. Keep watching, I'm hoping to crush goals and the input I get here will help

Good benching! Nice to know you can move the heavy weight and not suffer any worse for it with regard to your shoulders. That's always nice to see, so that you can gradually ramp up the volume with a bit more confidence.

It felt great to move the bar man, thanks! Volume will stay extremely low, I have surgery scheduled few weeks after comp. You're log, vids, and comments continue to be a huge motivator.....thanks!
