Anyone else use these to supplement? I used to and, bought 2 cases today to start again. My new job makes it tough to get clean or multiple meals in each day. I think this will help considerably.

Seems to me like overpriced crap.

Just bring a tub of whey to work and a bottle of multi's.

Ensure is delicious, but I agree overpriced (and maybe too much sugar). A friend of mine used to drink it because his mom was a nurse and somehow got a 50% discount.

But for me, yeah I'll take extra whey with me rather than premixed shakes. The nutrient profile is usually off and there'll be too much sugar or whatever.

When my office is my truck that's not an option. I need something I can throw in a small travel cooler. Ready to drink.

I use washed and rinsed Gatorade bottles and pre-make my whey shakes and throw a couple in my cooler bag.

You can get one of those old person daily pill boxes and throw in your multi, joint sup, fish oil, etc too.

Bottles is a good idea. I will have to put that into play after I finish the 2 cases of this stuff I have.

Yep, been doing it for years. Works well and super cheap. 2 scoops whey and fill with water and shake then throw them in the fridge the night before. Ready to roll in the morning.

Not sure where you are but up here in Canada Ensure is ridiculously expensive.

I'm in fla. And it's a generic equivalent. 12 can for 10 bucks.

If you want more calories in your protein shakes using regular powder you can put corn flour in them. It's a little gritty, but once you taste it you realize corn flour is the only difference between regular protein powder and "weight gainer" shakes.

Ha. I'm going to pass on the corn flour. Thanks for the info though. I'm trying to get my weight down. Being on the road 2 or 3 days a week I need some clean alternatives and shakes will be the easiest. Good info. Thanks fellas
