Most I ever did was 405 at 280, I am not a fan of flat benching, dislocated my shoulder when I was 18 and it never set right so my shoulders are uneven, I use this excuse like Get Some's "long arms"

Before I fuked my shoulder up I got 265 for 2 sets of 3 @ 228 lbs

My shoulder soon crashed there after.
Not very impressive and my bench was hit or miss great one day shit the next.

Well, with elbow surgery, 600 is a bit of a memory for me. Althought, I did do 425x3 yesterday. Not bad for having surgery less than 2 months ago. Probably not smart either. LOL. Right now, I'm more focused on rehab and getting my diet in order. Not lifting I got back up to 265. And I thought I was going to be a 242er. LOL. Back to the drawing board.
