Today is the dude at the gym classic-chest, shoulders and tri's. I started doing chest in the middle of the week a couple yrs ago when I discovered that Monday 5pm was national bench press time.
They do 20 sets of chest, 5 sets of curls, and use more axe body spray than should be legal.
