Well this weekend was a washout, no training whatsoever, may be a blessing in disguise as I needed to rest my wrist and elbows.

Squat X1 @9RPE 10% FR - wut 445x1 @9 then 405x3 @9
Floor Press x5 @9 8%FR wut 285x5@9 then 275x5 @9
SS face pulls - 3x15, chins 3x10

Spoon Press - 50x20 80x2x12
SS
CS DB Row - 80x2x12

Tri set of the following

Kayak Row 60x10,8,6,5
Tri ladder - 4x10
Band Pushdown 4x20

Gonna have to go back to my normal grip on benching, pinkies on rings, when I put my pointers I felt a little tug on my peck again. Wrist held up well until the end of the session. Squats felt good used a bit of a closer stance to get more knee traction to help use the wraps better

Ugh spoon press. Would rather eat glass. Which means I should probably be doing those more frequently.

Nice workout! Yeah, I like the spoon press, it's humbling for such little weight ... but I like to include it in my programming for 2 out of every 3 cycles.

Hey, what's a spoon press?
An older video of mine, but this is a spoon press

Yeah Im a fan of them too, depending on what muscles I want to work more I adjust weight, If I want to work my delts more I do the spoons on an incline and go heavy, for triceps I go flat for lighter weight and high reps.
