The gm work is crazy! What's the heaviest you've used for reps?

Hmm I believe at one time I was doing 365 for sets of 5, now since I just started up again 275 - 315 is about as high as I will go, I generally tried to be explosive but my friend / coach wants me to them slow and controlled.

Rear elevated spilt squats - Yep I did them , like a buffoon but I did them

20x4x10 - functional brah

Flat bench x5 @9 RPE - wut 275x5 @9

Tri set of the following;

Spoon Press - 60x3x20
Rev dB fly - 40x3x20
Tate Press - 40x3x20

Band pushdowns - x50

Plate loaded lat pull Down - 4x10

Nice pressing. 275x5 for 9 is amazing. Maybe I need to increase the number of sets too? Dang.

Squat x2 @9 RPE - 275, 315, 365, 405x2
Wraps 425x2 @9 RPE ran outta gas quick today, stance too close as well. This is why I like auto - reg

zerchers - 135,225,225,275,225,225x3 135x10 - at the behest of my coach/friend he wants me to alternate between zerchers and GMs , these sucked haven't done them in years

Comp Bench x2 @9 RPE wut 320x2 @10. Overshot my RPE.
12% FR x3 - 300,280 x3 @9

CGBP - 235x2x8 225x8
SS band Pushdowns 30,20,20

Kayak Row - 60,70,80x8
Face pull - 225x15,15,10

But that doesn't kill your arms at higher weight?

It hurts like FARK! especially when you havent done them in a while, I generally wrap my arms for some cushion but it still hurts. I used to do 365 for reps with them, young and stupid lol

Damn!!! The vid used 135 I think and I thought that would be bad!!!
