Nice log, only just came across it now as I have been off TID for a while.

Nice to see someone utilising the Klokov's into their routine. A really useful and underrated exercise. Keep up the good work MF.

Hey thanks for stopping by, I enjoy doing the Klokovs alot, hits the medial delts so well, about every 6 weeks or so I go heavy to see where Im at

Meet Prep Week 5 day 3....

Feeling pretty banged up, ankle, bicep, knee and shoulder are all acting up, after tomorrows session I will deload for a week and then its home stretch time....

Pause Squat 2ct x3 @9 RPE - WUT 345x3, Fatigue Rate 10% 315x3 @9 - Just didnt have much gas today.
Goblet Squats 2ct Pause - 50x4x10 - Wanted to do split squats but my ankle was bothering me. just wanted some extra work

Rep Bench - x8 @7 RPE - 225,225,245@7 - Bicep and shoulder wonky left it at that (SS) with Face Pulls 200x3x12
Some High Rep Hammer Strength Incline Work

CS DB ROW - 50, 75,75 x20
