There's an interview with one of the bikers in the pack where he talks about what happened before the video started. Supposedly the SUV hit someone and didn't pull over. The video starts a few miles after chasing him to get him to stop, he says. The video interview is at the bottom of the page:

http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york...ments-ran-west-side-highway-article-1.1475764

And the guy getting interviewed says...

""I do not know whats on the video of my helmet cam..."

So, are you telling me he hasn't looked to see if he caught the alleged previous collision on his helmet cam?

Yea, that's believable...

There is hours of helmet cam footage, did he happen to turn it off for a few minutes when this allegedly happened?

Now you know what people think every time they read one of your posts.

Probably the new Range Rover Sport keyed them into his wealth. Generally poor people don't have cars that start in the mid 60s ;-).

I use to own a Range....I am far from wealthy....

credit will get you the vehicle......so anyone with credit can get a vehicle.....not necessarily cash

You never know what a person's financial health is...and to judge by the vehicle one drives seems a bit naïve don't you think....Oops....I don't want you to think.

What may seen obvious.....may not be actual.

Consider Clubs like this: http://www.gothamdreamcars.com/exotic-car-rental/new-york

which a lot of cats that I know are part of. for a few thousand a year you can have access to some of the best of the best cars ever made at your disposal. Timeshare for cars my brother.

My old neighbor has a bentley....but if I give you his address and plug it into Zillow.com.....you will see they are foreclosing on his property. just something to think about.

What does someone being ghetto rich have to do with profiling a nice looking family in a Range Rover and assuming they are wealthy?

Somehow I'm not surprised that you had a credit limit beyond your means. Wouldn't surprise me if you had the shit repo'd and repeated the cycle either.

Not sure what you are implying with the ghetto rich statement. and what is credit limit beyond my means ? Frugality and the Puritan way is how I live. I had the Range because my relative worked for the company so he and family members were allowed serious, serious discounts on purchases and leases. when the free maintenance offer expired, I traded the car in for something else.

you seem to sound a little aggressive and it is not my intent to rub anyone the wrong way.

I made my point in the last post. enjoy the weekend my friend.

That's often quite true. I spent years working in subprime lending and retail banking, and have seen firsthand that many people live beyond their means and make their vehicle their main expenditure - they will buy or lease as much vehicle as they can possibly get approved for, even if it means lying about their income in some cases. :D

Some may live in a 1 room apt or a single wide trailer, or even still live with Mom and drive (often leased) a high end luxury or sports vehicle.

And it's not just limited to cars. Clothes and (for the more mature) residences are also pretty high up on the "show 'em what you got!" list of priorities for many. I knew an old guy more or less at retirement age who had married a trophy wife a generation younger than him who loved to burn through his hard earned money. They bought the biggest house they could qualify for in the most prestigious zip code in the area, and they didn't have the $ or the credit left to furnish much of it - the house has remained largely empty after many years.

Ghetto or nigga rich is what they call it in the ghetto when you finance everything from subprime lenders until they repo it and then do it over and over again until you declare bankruptcy.

Then start over.

Thanks for the lesson in life and finance in the so called ghetto neighborhood. You seem to know a lot about all that goes on in the so called ghetto. I have no idea what you are talking about in this post....but thanks nevertheless.

If I ever need to better understand the ghetto, I will ask you.
