pretty sure i started this thread by derailing the bench thread...
anyhow, my best squat as of late was 350x6 RAW (and by raw i mean no belt, no straps, no shirt, no pants; just my UnderArmour bloomers and a pair of Chucks. THATS HOW I ROLL) on a knee with patellar tendonitis that i tore an mcl on 3-4 years ago. no pussy girly squats either; ASS TO GRASS!
took me 3 years just to get back over 300 for fear of blowing out my knee again, and even then i overcompensated with my other leg on that first 300lb squat and it was sore as FUUUCK for like a week after.
so let that be a lesson to you kids; LIFT WITH YOUR BACK SO YOU DONT HURT YOUR KNEES!

That's quite a big improvement

445x3 with wraps.
425x5 RAW, just belt.

Had 3 injuries right at the time I was about to participate in my first meet in October, my attempts would have been 445, 485, 510ish....I'll get back there. @220-230lbs.

Best recent gym lift is 525 belted and wrapped; but I got 545 last summer in competition belted and wrapped.

With sleeves only I recently got 475.

500 with belt.....905 back in the day, mid 1980's with suit, wraps and belt

Best of 605lb at about 245lb......

I fear though my heavy lifting days may be behind me.

Back in November I squatted 365 for 6 reps for three sets, all raw. I am focused on volume, not weight. But the way things are progressing, I am going to be over 400# for reps this year.

My best squat was 475X5 raw. No belt, no wraps. Nothing but a skid mark in my shorts after almost blowing out my o-ring.

Don't squat heavy any more. The inflammation in my knees is just crazy. I did just 315X10 last week, and was hobbling around for 2 days. Just not worth it anymore.

Cant post in the bench thread and not put squat numbers up ;)

500 is as heavy as I have gone. 205lbs bw narrow stance (heels about 8" apart) bar mid way between high and low bar position. Yea....odd position, but it is the best way for me do work around a hip injury which has plagued me for almost a year and a half.(hip flexor and periformis) Not really improving, so this will probably be my form to stay.

I am thinking if I push it over time I should see mid 5's, but it is something I have to take slowly. When I irritate it, it sets me back a few months each time. So slow and steady for me

No e-stats here :)

I squat fairly narrow with a bar position that's not quite high or low. I've got a perfect shelf just below my traps but above my rhomboids and rear delts.

Just recently was cleared to squat again while I rehab my torn labrum/subscapularis/pec. 500x3 in belt and wraps.

Bests are:

610x1 in belt and wraps (smoked it and would've been my opener back in May, but dislocated my knee 3 days before the meet and never got to find out where I was at. Was thinking 660-675, but who knows.)

600x2 in belt and wraps

500x9 in belt and wraps

405x20 in belt and wraps
