pretty sure i started this thread by derailing the bench thread...
anyhow, my best squat as of late was 350x6 RAW (and by raw i mean no belt, no straps, no shirt, no pants; just my UnderArmour bloomers and a pair of Chucks. THATS HOW I ROLL) on a knee with patellar tendonitis that i tore an mcl on 3-4 years ago. no pussy girly squats either; ASS TO GRASS!
took me 3 years just to get back over 300 for fear of blowing out my knee again, and even then i overcompensated with my other leg on that first 300lb squat and it was sore as FUUUCK for like a week after.
so let that be a lesson to you kids; LIFT WITH YOUR BACK SO YOU DONT HURT YOUR KNEES!
That's quite a big improvement
