I alternate Squat Days

Rep day- 500 ATG for reps, maybe drop down to 405 pause at the bottom for 5 seconds and stand up for reps of 10.

Box squat - touch and go style(15") -700-725 for reps of 6 and under.

Just squatted 375 for reps, ATG. My all time heaviest weight squatted (all nattie 10+ years ago) was 455 for 2 if I recall correctly. Seeing the numbers some of you guys are putting up, makes my numbers seem small . . . but I am a BBer not a PLer.

Thanks. After training with MJR, and then seeing YouTube videos of guys like Malinchev and Lilliebridge and Kendall, it seems pretty insignificant, but I'll be very very happy with it. I'll make sure to get it on video.

We're all chasing after our own numbers. I'd be happier than a pig in slop with a 650 back squat. All in time though... first I gotta get training with some people again.

God damn you guys are beasts!!! Awesome numbers for everyone. Brotheriron is right we are all chasing to beat ourselves...and everyone is beating me haha

I did it bro. 655lb squat today. Followed up with a 640lb deadlift, but I missed my third attempt at 675, right at the knees. All in all, I'm incredibly happy with my progress. Next goal will be 700 for both.

Rack. Walked it out. Don't have access to a mono right now, but will in the coming months.

Thanks for the props. Again, it's not much, but I'm proud of every pound.

Thats a small car to me man. I wish I could squat but right now it's not a smart move.
