I went to a few but apparently they weren't that good because I felt more pain then relief. At this point I'm wary of them, I'm told some are mircle workers but my luck hasn't been good with them. If you aren't to bad off what Dorian demonstrates at the beginning of this video has helped my back out tremendously when it comes to pain relief I do this anytime things feel off and before I train back or legs. I also hang from a pull up bar and tuck my chin to my chest and things seem to align as well.
