Originally I proposed the bet, the person never agreed, but later tells me they did after the seacocks won. But its cool, i'll roll with it :)

Meal 1 is a lip of Kodiak and coffee.

Meal 2 is 6 or 8 whole hardboiled eggs.

Meal 3 is usually lower fat higher carb like chicken and potatoes.

meal 4 is really just a preworkout snack like graham crackers and some jack3d.

I drink modern bcaa during training.

I have a scoop of oxyelite protein in fat free milk post.

Meal 5 I usually have a big beef meal. 93% grass fed burgers or a filet.

Snack at night is usually some bcaa and maybe pretzels or something


You being serious? For a guy your size this is surprising. I figured you would be eating a lot more

This will maintain my weight just above 260lbs. I didn't give portions besides the eggs. Not too hungry in the mornings lately. Probably cause going to where I work makes me sick to my stomach.

The other meals are quite large though. The burgers at night is around 12 oz or more if I feel like it. The chicken earlier in the day is 12 to 14 ounces. I don't care for the prep time involved in doing the old 6 meal a day thing.

This is my typical meal layout mon-fri(the days I work). I am a very routine person by nature and eating during the week is like clockwork. To be honest, I hate when I'm off from work a couple days cause it's easier for me to "cheat" or slack on my meals.
Meal 1 2 packets oatmeal(flavored)mixed with 1 cup quick oats. I pour 1.5 cup liquid egg whites in there..drink
another cup of liquid egg white.

Meal 2. 6oz chicken with 6oz yam.. Mixed with udo 3.6.9. Flax oil.

Meal 3. 6oz chicken with 1.5 cup white rice...mixed with numerous dressings--depending on how I am feeling

Meal 4. 3 packets flavored oatmeal with 1.5 cup liquid egg whites

Train

Meal 5. 6oz of steak/pork/chicken(whatever wife makes) 1.5 cup white rice or baked potato or smashed yam

Meal 6. Lately been having pb&j sandwich. Made with regular red raspberry jelly, pb 28 peanut butter and pb 28
bread. If not that, that a big bowl of honey nut Cheerios with liquid egg whites substituted for milk.

On weekends I try to follow routine but most likely go to five guys or Chinese buffet.

Meal 1 (early morning snack) 3-4 am- fruit yogurt (back to bed)
Meal 2- 6am protein bar dipped in peanut butter or pb and jelly and glass of milk
Meal 3 - left over meat (beef chicken pork in a wrap w spinage

Meal 5- protein shake
Meal 6- grilled meat (chicken steak or pork) something green (salad, steamed broccoli, asparagus) rice or steamed taters
Meal 7 about 10pm left over from dinner (smaller portion)

My diet as of late is a shit show but only because hunger is ridiculous

Yesterday : 2 hash browns /1 1/2 egg salad sandwich / 2 bows Special K honey oat with 1 banana and Rice Krispies mixed in / 1/2 coffee crisp/ 1/2 twix / 1/2 Lindt / handful chocolate raisins

Lunch: chicken / potatoes/ huge bowl Reese's cereal w/ almond milk / 1 quest bar/ 2slices Ezekiel bread w/ almond butter

Dinner: chicken leg+ thigh / bit of rice and chilli/ can of pears

Snack : oatmeal w/ protein powder/ 1 quest bars

Snack : 1-2 bowl Reese's cereal / 2hashbrowns

Maybe a few more things in there but can't remember my body feels run down trained 2x a day for 3-4 weeks so taking a fee days off and just eating

This morning I had a few potatoes some chicken / 1 quest bar/ 1 1/2 egg salad sandwiches/ 1/2 box Reese's cereal (it's done now/ 2 bowls no name marshmallow cereal w/ yogurt raisins added

Can't wait till lunch chicken wings here I come lol

Usual diet is protein/ fat up until training about 45-60pro/ 12-18fat then I'll have 30-40 carbs from oats preworkout with same protein/ post workout I'll eat carbs as I see 60-100 with 50-60 pro then last meal again 40-100 carbs w/ 50-60 pro macros usually 250-300/150-250starch/60-80 fat

Carbs are always white potato / oats pre w/o / 1-2 slices of Ezekiel bread for pb/ some cereal (I'm a cereal monster) if cravings I'll go w/ quest bar

So typically I'll go on spurts of 2x a day 5 days on 1 off as long as I feel good for ... Then I'll drop back to 1 x day for as long as I feel again

I usually do about 3 to 4 bigger meals a day as well

how the **** are you strong and weigh over 200lbs on that? I feed my dogs more than that, I eat more than that during my workout. lol

for everyone who seems to think they eat alot and cant gain weight this was 3.5 weeks out from my last show. You need to work your foods up just like you do your weights weekly:

DRINK 1.5 GALLON OF WATER DAILY

1. MULTI VIT/MULTI MINERAL WITH FIRST MEAL
2. SUPER ANTIOXIDANT WITH FIRST MEAL
3. 1000MG VIT C WITH FIRST MEAL
4. 99MG POTASSIUM WITH FIRST MEAL
5. CALCIUM CITRATE 600MG WITH FIRST MEAL AND BEFORE BED
6. MAGNESIUM CITRATE 500MG WITH FIRST MEAL AND BEFORE BED
7. FOLIC ACID TAB WITH EVERY MEAL
8. CARNITINE 500MG WITH FIRST MEAL, PRE-WORKOUT,POST WORKOUT, BEFORE BED
9. B-6 25MG WITH FIRST MEAL


EAT WITHIN ONE HOUR OF WAKING. IT SHOULD BE THE SAME TIME DAILY

MEAL 1:10 EGG WHITES WITH 2 WHOLE EGGS 2 CUP OATMEAL (DRY MEASURE)
