the skin - CRPS is also involved with discomfort with the skin - wiki told me so - but my aunt had the same issue with the funds

I see. I didn't know that chronic regional pain syndrome could manifest as a skin condition.

wiki writes Complex regional pain syndromey - the pics there look terrible
but as the name describes: it's very complex - it's more than the skin - of course sir - and I am not a doctor -
the healing water of the dead sea might not cover the whole problem - I don't know if my aunt was there -
but I think the people who go there - some feel better after swimming in the salty sea - at least for some time -

i really don't want to earn credit by advising people with health issues -
and I wish tightglutes find cheaper ways to feel better

What part of the body is the CRPS?
The best treatment for fibromyalgia is exercise.

I just read this thread from the beginning in Feb. I kept thinking to myself about how many red flags were flying around you. You quoted that your sponsor expected you to compete. Knowing all the head to toe injuries you were pleaged with? Doing PT 3 times a week just trying to survive all the pain you were having. Then the spin problems. Jaw problems, bicep tendion problem. I could not help to think this poor girl really needs to take a few steps back and only focus on what the problems are and get competing out of your head. We all know you can never prepare for a show like you were considering.

Then I see the time off from the gym for shear survival of your body. Now to see the latest diagnosis fibromyalgia. This might be the right diagnosis or it might not. Treading it with the classic drugs might help. Im so sorry to read this list of health concerns. I wish you all the best in finding the right docs that can give your body its health back. Take the time you need. Do what you can. The stage will always be there no need to rush getting back.

All the best to your recovery,
GC

so i went to a rheumatologist regarding all my joint pain. He told me my jonits are fine and that i have fibromyalgia. I was thinking that might be the problem because i do have CRPS from my jaw issues. So all the pain i am feeling is nerve related. I have a go see a pain/ neuro specialist to get me on the right medications to help my problem. I have not been to the gym in 2 weeks do to a shoulder injury possibly RC. I go see the orthopedic in a week to see if its a tear. If not i'm going back again and give it another run. Anyone have fibromyalgia and lift and if so how do to deal with the pain? I am thinking about starting a low dose of DECA just for joint support 25mg week. i am also on prescription meds Klonopin .5mg QID ( 4 times a day) and lyrica 25mg every day sometimes 2 times a day. The Lyrica gives he facial twitches so i can't go on a high dose of that. I just started elavil at a low dose also. The rheumatologist said that might help if i don't get sides. We will see. Will let you guys know what the ortho doc says next week. Wish me luck :-*

I never competed this year. I knew it was to much for my body. I hope I can heal and get back on stage. I want to be fit not just look fit because that was what I was.

Yes, I know from your thread you were not able to make it to the stage. None of us would have been able to make it to the stage. We all are lucky to only deal with one nagging body part when prepping. You have a grocery list of body parts working against you. I think at one point you said your PT guy and you "had it". I was thinking then really becasue if you need that much PT the problem most likley was greater then anything a PT guy can fix.

I'm glad you are at the beginning and going to start fresh and put one leg in front you you and see how it all goes.

My experience has been to have had so much arthritis in my right shoulder my ROM was dying a quick death. I bit the bullet and let the doc scope the shit out of that shoulder. 1hr 45 minutes worth. Now it is 10 freaking post op. I still cant reach behind my back. I have been PTing my ass off. I'm a bb too. I have to be able to train the full body. I need to do a lat spread,. rear Dbi and all the posses. Could I ever start a prep like this hell no. It sucks.
baby steps my friend. Find a way back but it will be journey. Still best of luck in all you do.

I share other people's comments as well TG. Hoping you're fully on the mend, and that this next year is a successful one in reaching your goals.

My head and arms

What part of the arms? There are also various cervical facet joint pain patterns that can cause pain in the back of the head and neck. Hopefully you've had a MRI of the cervical spine.
