A pic i took about 3 weeks ago before i hurt my shoulder . As you can see since my shoulder injury last year it was been a lagging body part. do to not being able to do heavy front presses i lost my front delt. side delt is soso. i have good rear delts from all my back work. Don't be to hard on me i'm very off season at the moment. My legs are not that cut but i have good size one them as they are my best body part any tips for my front delts would be great
I just posted a front pic in my thread, it shows my shoulders pretty well, I truly believe it's OHP and DB press that have really built them. I can't do much for front as I also have an injury and front work kills. I have started front plate raises and do them last that way it doesn't mess with my other exercises. If you can get back to presses you will be good
not in the gym in the moment do to the shoulder thing going on Friday to see my ortho. I was doing presses with elbows pointed inward slightly when i was able. Thanks Jenner
