The last workout you logged looked pretty intense bro. How are you recovering right now from workouts like that? Good to see you made it back in there. I think just getting back used to it before programming is a great idea.
Well, the last workouts were brutal. And I was tore up. So, I am definitely upping the reps and keeping it light and rest periods down. So far, I'm sore but not crippled. I've trained two consecutive days now. The goal is to start stringing training days together and get back into it.
