The last workout you logged looked pretty intense bro. How are you recovering right now from workouts like that? Good to see you made it back in there. I think just getting back used to it before programming is a great idea.

Well, the last workouts were brutal. And I was tore up. So, I am definitely upping the reps and keeping it light and rest periods down. So far, I'm sore but not crippled. I've trained two consecutive days now. The goal is to start stringing training days together and get back into it.

That's a good goal brother. I know you're a busy dude, not so easy anymore. You'll get that rhythm back down.

I wanted to stop in and pep this log up a little!!!

I have it on good authority that my brother here is doing quite well and really excelling on his new program. He busting his ass in all areas of his life and I know will be here soon.

I just wanted to stop in and tell him how proud I am of him.

He is one of the true champions!!!

That's all she wrote. It's been like 9 months since I squatted. The soreness will come soon enough. Ironically, no hip pain.
