I think it becomes a necessary evil because being sore as hell isn't fun. Especially walking up and down stairs.

That's all I had time for. Today was a busy day for me with class and etc. Tomorrow Im back in to train.

Just in there doing work. Elbows are creaky from lack of work, but its to be expected. The reverse grip bench really did a number on them, but it's start.
