We think the jump from 315 to 405 overwhelmed me mentally.
So we dropped back to 365 which felt really good and I hit fine. Then we jumped to 405 and I Got my mind straight got tight and hit it!!!
It felt decent so we upped to 425 and I hit that easy!
So we jumped to 450 x 2 and that was great!!!
then we decided to drop back because I wanted to squat till death....and I did.
After the 450 my whole body was shaking.
by the time I got done with all that I was toast and in shock.
Today I can hardly walk.
But lots of sleep and hitting 8000+ calories a day to repair it.
So fun
