Valiant effort, my brother, but sometimes discretion is the better part of valor. Your body may comprise different muscle groups, but it is still one unit. It's one thing to work around an injury; it's another to create recovery issues that will inhibit healing. So, listen to your coach!!!!!
My prayers for us both include petitions for speedy total recoveries, patience...and of course, even bigger gunz, barndoor lats, coconut delts, flairing quads, and less embarrassing calves.
Co-sign with everyone else. That body needs to recover so it can give you the 100% you need to get stronger. Take some extra naps, go to bed early and sleep in later ... haha. Channel the intensity you put in at the gym to recovery. lol
