What no 6am fasted cardio update. I mean, why the need to post, "i walked on a treadmill" in the morning then, i lifted stuff at night. Can these not be combined into 1 singular posting. So not killing anymore bull.

Twenty pound PR ain't too shabby, big guy. Looks like the pec has finally healed, too. So, I guess double congratulations are in order. Keep up the momentum!
