Hey schultz1, if you're not interested in following this log, no problem, check another one. Looks like most of the people on this thread enjoy following Bull's journey. I've seen Bull's pics and it looks like his hard work is paying off just fine.

tommyguns2 l, last time i checked it was okay to hreak balls around here. Im unaware as to why it was ok previously with this guy but not now. Not that i really care. Looks like someone needs to 0ut on their tough skin.

The legs got to feel like exploding after all that! What is the glute machine? That thing where you kind of kick up one leg at a time or something else? Speed squats look pretty brutal, 135ish at the bottom and 335ish at the top just sounds like it would induce a solid pump in the quads
