Had the privilege of working out with hawkeye today.
My brother is a massive hulk!!! I am so impressed by him and honored he is here!
We did some easy back stuff this afternoon
Wide grip cable pulldowns

Rear Delt Machine

Barbell Rows
135 x 25 x 3
Dumbell Shrugs with 5 second hold
25 x 12 x 2
Lateral raises
25 x 12 x 2
