As ****ed in the head as it sounds I have decided that my "fill out food is ice cream and coconut oil"
I see so many of my client use these 500 carbs a day for 3 days before a show show up looking like the forgot to diet.
Points
-it takes 48-72 hrs for a muscle to fill out
- carbs are fast glucose uptake. With in 6-8 hrs
-Fats slow digesting and slow up take
I feel the fats slow down the sugar up take and slow full out a muscle rather than hyper compensation with carbs
Here's an analogy I use with my clients
Lets say we are in 2 cars racing a 1/4 mile
Your driving a Lamborghini
And I'm driving a Bentley
Who will win? Obviously the lambo will kill the Bentley BUT here's the twist
The track is on a small bridge with no barriers and only 20 feet wide
Although speed is great. How hard will it be to keep that lambo straight an not veer off to your demise
While the Bentley can maintain control and the low end will ensure a safe finish line crossing
Lambo= carbs
Bentley= fats
My approach add a turbo to my Bentley
(ice cream and coconut oil )
