Okay boys I have rehabbed my hamstring and I'm planning a 6 week cut. I am at 223 in the am and I plan on cutting 203.
I have been on test and hgh 750/4 IU Ed)
I will drop the hgh to only workout day post workout
Drop the test to 600
Add
-eq at 400
-Mast 400
- oral primo (new try) 50 mg ed
T3 25 mcg
Cardio 400 cals per clip (5days a week fasted)
Macros on training days
350/400/70
Non training
350/320/75
Refeed 2x week
290/550/60
