Okay boys I have rehabbed my hamstring and I'm planning a 6 week cut. I am at 223 in the am and I plan on cutting 203.

I have been on test and hgh 750/4 IU Ed)

I will drop the hgh to only workout day post workout

Drop the test to 600
Add
-eq at 400
-Mast 400
- oral primo (new try) 50 mg ed
T3 25 mcg

Cardio 400 cals per clip (5days a week fasted)

Macros on training days
350/400/70
Non training
350/320/75
Refeed 2x week
290/550/60

Look good man. I am interested to see your approach. I am surprised to see you cals so high. Also you keep protein pretty high too.(relative to total cals)... Any specific reasoning behind that?

I dont have experience cutting with compounds, (other then being on maintenance test) so I dont know if that comes into play.


Always interested to learn..... Thanks for sharing so much info.

Some people are secretive and that's okay. As long someone is blabbing to me about being reckless without prior experience NOR an idea of my experience I will give my HONEST opinion and real experience to anyone who asks

The reasoning behind the high calories is you HAVE to have enough to pull from, if you start low and pull you'll be with Sally jones on the HCG diet lol
-earn your food but busting your ass

All macros can change daily based on
-fullness
-weight obviously
-mood
-libido (correlates more to fat)
-strength
-waist size

I'm 5'8 223 with a 33 inch waist

I plan on getting back down sub 30 but not looking like an Ethiopian

I am interested as we are "close" to the same size. (but you are defiantly bigger).

Im 5'9 213 right now. 33" waist with abs still full visible but vascularity in midsection gone. 12mm ab skinfold 5mm quad and 5 mm chest.

Last cut I ran , I cut at 2400 cals and I use carb cycling to get more carbs on my workout days. I was on my HRT dose of 200mg/week. I took it down to the low 190s carb depleted.


Like I said, I dont have experience with compound use though but I am always interested in learning. I see the T3 in there, but the dose of 25mcg looks lower then what a lot of guys recommend for cutting. I have heard that 25-30 is about what you naturally produce. Do you find the T3 helps with midsection fat. That is my toughest area by far.



Here are a few pics so you know where I am at. (Like I said,you are bigger but I can get some good ideas of where I would be if I went further)

Thanks again for sharing. I appreciate your systematic approach to things. I have been really into playing and manipulating my macros and have seen the benefits. Anytime I can learn from another, I will jump at the opportunity.

Thanks man.

I am only asking to learn....not busting your balls in any way.

Like I said, your physique gives me a good idea of what I might expect if I went further. Your chest thickness and density (especially outer chest) looks really good! (an area I lack)

Thanks for sharing. I will be following along to pick up any info you want to share.


Cant wait to see your progress!

Had a small refeed after dropping a significant amount of weight over the last 72 hrs

Still shooting for an end weight of 205

Why EQ for a 6 week run as you know it's just starting to do its thing at week 6-7?

Protein retention ?

How do you feel on it?
It's one of my favorites but man do I turn into a fat kid from the increased hunger lol.

No joke it's a main reason why I use it haha
