Always hungry.... And I normally have a hard time eating on cycle, I literally
on stop eating long enough for the food to settle.
The other night 3 slices of pizza.... 20 min later big bowl of cereal

Looking good brother. I wish I could get up to 223. After the posting I made about 2 weeks ago, I changed up diet some, got rid of one protein shake and added more beef and rice. The weight went up 2lbs. Currently sitting at 207.

Sunday I moved my refeed to more fat based

305/185/150

The fat came from tenderloin and filet made for the family

This initially had a extreme drop in weight from 219 to 215.7 but with a training day Monday my weight came back up.

Cardio is 4 sessions as 400 calories burned

Training 5 days a week
