I came home from Afghanistan sitting on a pile of cash. Wanted to invest in a pep company. didn't know how to start. it's a little late for that now, but next time i go to the middle east again, I'll start a thread here and let's figure out how to do this. BTW, afghanistan is rright next to china, so no $5k to set up a supplier

Legal safety is really the biggest issue when they freeze your assets take all your stuff I hope the guy from Gwp like riding the bus... Because explain to me how Viagra is a research drug for what? Nothing, so don't think Pfizer and other large drug companies won't put pressure on the government to go after peptide companies selling drugs without scripts plain and simple multiple billion dollar companies won't stand for it trust me I've seen companies go after them I've worked in a intellectual property law firm and they crush guys like manpower and Gwp. That's why china has free range they have no trademark or patent laws it's the wild west for all consumer products.
Dont worry about GWP riding the bus or MANPOWER getting crushed, they aint stupid.

Good discussion going on here. I know a peptide business that is doing things right. He took off liquid V and Liquid C due to the issues that 'COULD' arise. If you think you are smarter than the government then you are 'STUPID'. Listen to your attorney and do things the 'RIGHT WAY". These peptide companies that advertise at bodybuilding shows and have bodybuilders as REPS are just PLAN STUPID. If they think they are getting away with something right now wait till they get a visit and see that the government was just building a SOLID case against them.

I will slightly disagree with you on the use of Pro's as endorsers. Its marketing and the only way they are able to retain a pro is if sales increase. So it must make financial sense. Most of the time when the government gets involved it usually involved a fine, and I can guarantee that is already within their business model. Even if a company is forced to stop, there is probably plenty of profits leftover to retire on. Again, high priced attorneys and proper marketing are well worth the investment.

I will tell you this. Most pros will work for a peptide company for just a cut of the sales or FREE product. You would be surprised how cheap a company can get a PRO to REP for them. Having a Pro rep for you can show intent for human use. I can guarantee you that it is not a smart move. A company can be fined and imprisoned for that. No amount of sales will save you especially if they hold all your money while charging you. But yes a good attorney is well worth the investment.

Thank you for pointing that out its amazing how everyone is smarter than the dumb government. Im making it completely clear you can spend money to hire a lawyer their not stupid they will take your money especially at $300 an hour but I promise you and can make you a money back guarantee if these peptide companies get indicted the lawyer says well can't help you. Its plain and simple they are selling products to general public for personal consumption period evidenced by subpoena for there order list. When 1000 orders come in and not one is a legit lab it's obvious, even a simple civil law suit that when the evidence needed is proponderance of evidence which is more like then less likely so that means simple it's a 51% needed to prove the case of evidence they will lose. Let's say that I sue these peptide companies just with a simple subpoena of records I would win period its that simple they just haven't been challenged yet. We are not talking even about criminal charges. As soon as the first guy dies taking there junk even if its not the actual cause of death, they get sued its over Gwp and manpower better hand over the Ferrari and buy a yugo. As soon as one of these Jew lawyers smells money they are done... I'll give them one credit they got balls to put it out there...

lot of good info in this thread.the only thing i wanna add is most high profile law firms local here are getting into personal and buisness pre paid legal.u pay a fee monthly and the do paperwork contracts letters ect free if u need any consults it is very cheap the only real fees are if u enter a court room.granted it will still cost 5 to 10 grand over the first few years but it can go out slower in monthly payments but u have the piece of mind of the lawyer being on retainer

There are literally over 150 peptide companies in the US. What makes it legal for some to stay in business and for others to get shut down? I have seen one that has no legal disclaimers and even claims Melanotan II for sunless tanning. This particular one has been in business for almost 7 years....?

I apologize for the multiple posts. But I was wondering if anyone knew a good peptide attorney?

This got me thinking about licenses. What are the licenses involved if any. Searching FDA, dept of agriculture, an dea comes up with nothing. Yet in Stenlabs disclaimer they claim to be licensed with dept of ag.
