Some progress pics

Status on legs as of last night. After a couple hernia surgeries over the years, I'm no longer squatting or going heavy on the sled. Too bad, as it was the only thing I was good at. But I'm at 224 in this pic, and trying to bring out definition in my legs. Hoping to lose 5-10 pounds of fat between now and Labor Day, so hope to be able to display some progress over that time frame.

Looking great bro. Two hernia surgeries? Way to keep at it!
I’ve got an umbilical hernia and it’s starting to annoy me. Especially when lifting.

Look good TG. Definition is clearly evident and would look night and day if you shave them.

Thanks TB, much appreciated. I do think that shaving them would show the definition better. But that's an awful lot of work, and I'm pretty lazy for that kind of stuff.

I think I'll pull my tighty whities up a smidge next time to show the upper part of the quad batter. That's where I have better width.

Here I am as of 7/6/25. Weighed in at 222, so down a few pounds, which is the goal.
I can lean up, but my waist will never be tiny. Sadly, I'm built like a fullback, minus the talent.
I'm guessing I'm at about 12% BF, but not sure. I intend to get a body composition DEXA scan done this month to establish a baseline.

Down to 219 in this pic (this past Sunday). Only dropped 0.5 pounds this week, despite 30mins elliptical and 8,000 steps per day. Diet wasn't perfect, but relatively tight. Could have just been some water. Am feeling like I'm continuing to tighten up. I'm guessing I'm at about 11%BF in this pic, give or take. As readily apparent, I hold fat in my lower back. Would like to get <9% by Labor Day.
