Down to 219 in this pic (this past Sunday). Only dropped 0.5 pounds this week, despite 30mins elliptical and 8,000 steps per day. Diet wasn't perfect, but relatively tight. Could have just been some water. Am feeling like I'm continuing to tighten up. I'm guessing I'm at about 11%BF in this pic, give or take. As readily apparent, I hold fat in my lower back. Would like to get <9% by Labor Day.
What is your diet looking like?

Increase the cardio. That is baby level. I just finished prep at 2 hours a day (1 hour of which was on the stairmaster) and was averaging 22-23k steps. If you want to get lean, you have to do the hard shit.

What is your diet looking like?
5 meals per day. Train in the AM fasted with intra-workout drink (20g EAAs, 25g HBCD, 10g, creatine, 10g glutamine, 15g collagen)

Meal 1: 1 cup egg whites, 2 whole eggs; 1 cup oats

Meal 2: 5-6oz. chicken/beef/turkey; 1 cup white rice or sweet potato, sometimes add a green veggie

Meal 3: same as meal 2, change the protein

Meal 4: same as meal 2, change the protein

Meal 5: 40g whey, 1.5 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 banana in a blender (add ice)

My compliance with the diet is about 85-90%. Even when I stray, I try to stay in the ballpark. But the two scoops of ice cream I had last Saturday night (1 scoop pralines and cream, 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter chunk) was definately NOT on the plan.

PEDs:
test prop: 100mg EOD
NPP: 75mg EOD
Mast P: 50mg EOD
proviron: 50mg ED
GH: 4IUs IM ED
L-carnitine: 500mg IM pre-workout
glutathione: 100mg IM 2x/week
SLU-PP-332: 500mcg 2x/day
clen: 40mcg pre-workout (just started this week)

Cardio: 6-7x/week: 30 mins elliptical; + 8000 steps

I agree that this will have to increase, but I'm wanting to ensure that I've stalled out on my present weight loss before I increase. I'm working with a coach and he wants to see how I progress this next week with the added clen at 40mcg/day.

Still stuck at 219, but I feel tighter and feel like I'm still making progress. I suspect that my cardio will be going up this week at the least.

Increased my daily steps to 10,000, and upped the clen to 60mcg ED. Also upped my SLU-PP-332 to 500mcg 3x/day.

I'm at about 217.5 this morning. Tweaked my back over the weekend, and so couldn't stand up straight for pics, LOL. Also had a colonoscopy on Monday (Moon River!), so diet was off on Sunday/Monday, but the pipes are clean!

As of 8/17, I'm down to 217. The loose skin sucks, but I'm hoping that it'll tighten up over time. Am taking BPC-157, GHK-Cu and beef collagen to help, but who knows if that'll do anything. It's not easy to battle Father Time.
