Around 2000 hours last night I started to feel like I had the flu. Body and head aches and shivering. I had stitches removed yesterday afternoon and thought maybe I developed an infection. Suffered in front of the tv until about 2300 and then in bed under a lot of blankets I slept better than I have in weeks for 10.5 hours
woke up this morning feeling a little better and decided it was worth a trip down to the gym for a squat.
