the weakness continues every thing felt so heavy today probably because all the water is gone. Just happy to maintain for now

didnt have to rush today, plenty of time but no strength or energy.
walking lunges with dbs 5 sets progressive loading super set with

just maintenance, I don’t even enjoy it at this point. I wish I could find a decent Dr. Even the ones who listen to the patient at all it takes a month to get appt, weeks for blood work etc.
squat 135 3x10 225x5 315x2,350,385,405 felt brutally heavy loaded up 420 but low back did not like the walk out so racked it. Not worth risking injury right now. Skipped deads for same reason.

That sucks you can't get into a sports specialist or something like that. One of my Drs , the one for my weed card and PTSD is also a Reiki Master , you might be able to get in faster to see some one like that and then bag a referral to a sports science guy ... worth a shot.

looks like I forgot to log on Thursday but you didn’t miss much. It was pull ups dips db raises etc.
Today, my back hurts so no deads or squats. Been a long week at work and today I expect even longer.

The only weakness is the weakness within you, don't feel weak bro. You can always lift, eat & supplement right.

just looking for a maintenance squat with no back pain.
squat 135 3x10 225 x5 315x2 350,385,405 really only issue was pick and upper back so I think I’ll switch to SSB next week.
