Looking fantastic TG. Not the average American body that’s for sure - regardless of any age! Shows dedication and consistency of lifestyle choices.

Are you still using GH? If so, how many IU's per day?
yes, I am. Surprised I left that out when I like it so much. I've been running 5 IUs/day, 2.5 IU in the AM, and 2.5 IU in the PM before bed. Not convinced that splitting it up makes much of a difference, but was hoping that if the PM shot helped me sleep better, perhaps it would make for optimal recovery/growth. It really may not matter at that dose, but who knows. LOL

LG, I really like test/NPP, but I'd be lying if I didn't want to throw some tren A in there as I further lean up. That stuff is absolutely magic for me, even at 25mg EOD. Doesn't affect my gym performance substantially, but aesthetically, it really is magic. If I do, it'll be 6 weeks here or there, but nothing extended.

Your encouragement for me to consider IF carnivore has been quite helpful. I don't follow it strictly, but I've dropped my carbs substantially. Some carbs immediately post-workout, almost none at my noon meal, and a vegetable accompanying my main protein course at my dinner feeding. Try not to eat after dinner at all. I'm not religious about it, but I'm pretty firm when trying to trim off the fat.

Here's a pic from this morning, 4/29/25. I'm at 230 this morning, and I'm guessing around 12%BF. Would like to get down to 10% at 230. We shall see.

Down to about 223. Have cut some fat, and feel like I'm holding onto my muscle well enough.

Presently running the following EOD:

test prop: 100mg
npp: 75mg
mast P: 50mg

GH: 4 IUs ED, pinned AM SQ
L-carnitine: 500mg ED pinned AM IM
SLU-PP-332: 1000 mcg ED (500mcg AM / 500 mcg PM)

Can definitely see increased muscularity in the shoulder, trap, upper pec areas.

@Lizard King

Was in your neck of the woods last week, and got some fishing in. Pulled in a few nice stripped bass. Got several over the size limit that we had to release. Good times. Thought you'd like the name of the charter! LOL

Restaurant right on the pier had a "Hook and Cook" special. We gave them about half our cleaned fish, and they prepped it for us any way we liked. Had some tempura, blackened and fried fish tacos, and bang bang, with family style extras. 8 of us ate like vikings, and had plenty of leftovers.

Montauk, as well as the other towns up there, were interesting. Got to see lots of exotic cars, but the traffic, even during the week and offseason, was horrendous.

If you're still there check out the Vineyards on the north shore, some really nice spots.

Sadly, we left on Saturday. I'll have to check out the north shore if I ever make my way back there.

I'm thinking about taking a hiking trip this fall, and using Woodstock, VT as my home base for that. Nothing technically difficult, just good, moderate hikes in God's country. Have you been in that area at all?
