I'm 57.
I went into A-fib a few weeks after getting my second jab of the COVID Pfizer vaccine. Spent the last couple of years getting cardioversions, and being on heart meds to get my resting heart rate down, etc. Got an ablation done 18 months ago and have stayed in sync ever since. Got off all the heart meds, blood thinners, etc. in April, and have been cleared to get on with my life.
I lifted during that time, but very light weights, and just did my test U TRT during that time of about 175mg/wk (along with GH). Now I'm running 100mg test prop 3x/week with GH 2.5IU AM and 2.5IU PM. Plan on pushing harder once I get back from hiking in Utah in September. But baby steps.
Your PED dosing looks excellent for long term gains and overall health, I have been running 1 aspen every 5-7 days along with a little tren E or the NPP that I bragged about saving my life right before I tore my pec...lolThanks gentlemen, much appreciated! My goal for this next year is to clean up my midsection. I think I've got visceral fat, and bloat. Will be making smart use of the retatrutide this coming year, along with LISS, and plan to include the SLU-PP-332. If I could drop 5-10 pounds of fat, and gain 5 pounds of lean mass, I'd be extremely pleased.
Going to keep things simple on the PED front. 300mg test and 150mg NPP per week when pushing, and drop down to 200mg test per week on TRT. 500mg L-carnitine preworkout has become a staple.
