Haven't done anything in a week. Been sick plus family in town etc.
First day back, still fucking around, not sure what direction to go right now. Ordinarily my first instinct would be to squat but I'm having some sciatica issue on the left side and I fell on the stairs yesterday and smacked my ass hard.
Viper press with rogue MG bar. Not sure on bar weight. Did a bunch with 25lb plates, then added 5. Could not complete the lift with added 70lbs.
