I kind of forgot what I was doing and warmed up singles to 315 which was really uncomfortable, so I remembered what I was doing and did the above which made the double easier than I expected, maybe there was a third in there.
Bit of a break last week due to schedule being flipped for work training. Managed to get on the treadmill a couple times but no weight since last mon.
