Those numbers keep climbing! How'd the squats feel, was the double easy?
I kind of forgot what I was doing and warmed up singles to 315 which was really uncomfortable, so I remembered what I was doing and did the above which made the double easier than I expected, maybe there was a third in there.
Bit of a break last week due to schedule being flipped for work training. Managed to get on the treadmill a couple times but no weight since last mon.
Squat 265 5x3 135 X 20
BW hip thrust 2x20
Band abduction 1 blue mini X 15 2 minis X 10,10,10
Bench 240 5x3
Seal rows 40s 3x10, 50s 3x10 60s 3x8
Db Inc press 40s 5x10
Face pulls red band 5x10
Close grip bench 135 3x10
While warming up, pulled the groin again, this time the left side, hurts a lot so we'll see about squats tomorrow.

Ohhhh, sorry to hear monsoon. How did the pulls feel, did they aggravate it further?
I wanted to pull sumo, but no way. Conventional was no problem though.
