Parallel box squat 315x1 315xdump forward
Plan today was to do some 90% singles in preparation for a max attempt on 11th got off to late start so warms were rushed, but going well. Second rep stalled about 1/3 way up, tried to save it with force but ended up crashing into the rack and dumping.
