Kind of a disappointing day, I suspect it has to do with weight loss/ carb depleting

OHP 135x5 155x5 165x5 messed up, middle set was supposed to be 150 so a little knee dip on 165

I've set a new long term goal of a 600lb squat, 400 bench and ? Dead. Very long term, like before I'm 50.

On Friday during the 300x1 I attempted a wider stance to see if it helped. Unfortunately I pulled or tweaked something in my right groin area. I was able to finish the workout and thought it would heal up quickly. Turns out it wasn't healed and today's squats were hell.
