Nice presses Monsoon! I bet a single or double at 160 would've left enough in the tank to hit the 180. Regardless your presses are progressing

The 160 is easy, I could do 5 or more but the plan was 180. I've been more bench focused lately so the OHP has suffered some.

Kind of a disappointing day, I suspect it has to do with weight loss/ carb depleting

Carb depletion is humbling! Squat is moving in the rite direction and your bench numbers still have me jelly :)

OHP 135x5 155x5 165x5 messed up, middle set was supposed to be 150 so a little knee dip on 165

I've set a new long term goal of a 600lb squat, 400 bench and ? Dead. Very long term, like before I'm 50.

On Friday during the 300x1 I attempted a wider stance to see if it helped. Unfortunately I pulled or tweaked something in my right groin area. I was able to finish the workout and thought it would heal up quickly. Turns out it wasn't healed and today's squats were hell.
Squat 230x3 250x3 280x3
Bench 205x3 230x3 260x2,2
Foot elevated rear lunges 25 DBS 3x8
Db supported row 75s slow negatives

Hopefully groin will heal up by Friday
