Thanks bro.. Worked hard last year on my physique/diet.. I didnt slack on the cardio like I did 2 years ago. What a difference fasted cardio makes.. Big plans for this year..just started back up 2 weeks ago, and working with a few pros this time around.. Like to bring up some back thickness and legs need work.

love the bis/forearm proportion! reminds me of Larry Scott's. did you know that i was trained by him? remember his favorite trisets for bis?
1. scott bench 2 arm db curl(cheat)
2. scott bench BB wide grip narrow elbow curl(strict)
3. scott bench reverse curl using ez curl bar(cheat)
all for sets of 6, crazy pump and burn! RIP Mr. Larry Scott!

If you truly mean that....that's the biggest compliment I've ever gotten. Larry is one of my idols.

On the phone once at his company in Utah. He was a gentlemen and wealth of knowledge. If u had the chance to train with him....I'm beyond jealous. That man was a treasure trove of BB knowledge!

No bullshit that exact routine is what I did for ages.
