try 5 sets of max KB swings with a 24k kb or 32k kb...really go all out each set. Tell me how freaking swole
your forearms are after that!

If you can get 40 or 50 the first round
then 30, 30, 20, 20...you'll know what I'm talking about.

Never even so much as picked up a kettle bell but my gym has them.

My brachioradialis is torn so I've stopped all forearm training. Trying joint flossing and bpc157 starting next week.
