I get a lot of head nods when I flex at the gym thou by some of the dudes so I think their not to bad at all just gonna have to break down an get someone to take one of me.

try 5 sets of max KB swings with a 24k kb or 32k kb...really go all out each set. Tell me how freaking swole
your forearms are after that!

If you can get 40 or 50 the first round
then 30, 30, 20, 20...you'll know what I'm talking about.
