Yea I get what you sayen... gets tough sometimes. Like I say its not how much you lift but HOW you lift it...

Great job! But OMG, that hurt MY back! lol Yeah, you def want to get that butt down lady! :) I pretty much squat to the floor.

I know it's hard but you will get there in due time ;)

Not only does she need to drop her hips when deadlifting, she also needs to arch that back. A rounded back like that will ultimately lead to a serious injury.

Very nice Heather. What are your goals at this point? It looks like you could do PL or BB if you chose to.There is always strongwoman too :D
