You know, not sure. I just use a band that makes it a bitch to do whatever I am doing. LOL.

I've run paul carter's 365. I really like it, works well for me. Lots of sub maximal, but focus on accelerating thru the range of motion. I believe the base building is similar.

That is very encouraging. I'm debating on it. My friend is also trying to talk me into doing something with the Polquin's Chart.

Hawkster what do you think your bench max is at right now?

I would say I'm probably good for 500-525 press...but it's strange with all the volume, my strength has been down some. The more I mess with bigger weight, my body seems to acclimate fairly quickly. Hence why my friend thinks using Polquin's Principle Chart, I could do well.
